What does "research use only" mean?+
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a health claim.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?+
United States and Canada only. Orders typically ship in 2-5 business days at a flat rate, and shipping is free over the US$200 / CA$275 subtotal. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
How does payment work?+
Orders are confirmed first, then payment is arranged - by invoice (wire / e-transfer) or, where enabled, cryptocurrency. We never store card details, and prices are re-validated server-side at checkout.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?+
Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically per SKU: -10% at 5 vials, -15% at 10, -25% at 25, and -35% at 100. For larger quantities or reseller terms, see the wholesale page.
How are products measured and priced?+
Everything is priced by the milligram. Each listing shows the mg per vial and the price per mg. The reconstitution calculator can help you plan working concentrations for your protocol.
Do you publish certificates of analysis?+
No. PepBasics is a deliberately no-frills, low-cost brand and does not publish per-batch certificates of analysis. Researchers who require batch documentation should choose a vendor that provides it.
Can I track or look up my order?+
Yes. Look up a single order from the account page with your email and order number, or sign in with a one-time email link to see your full order history.
What is your return policy?+
Because these are research chemicals, all sales are final once an order ships. If something is wrong with your order, contact us before it ships and we will make it right.
