FAQ

How do you reconstitute a peptide?

Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the side of the lyophilized vial, let it dissolve without shaking, then store refrigerated. The amount of water you add sets the concentration (mg/mL).

How many units do I draw on an insulin syringe?

A U-100 insulin syringe has 100 units per 1 mL. Multiply the draw volume in mL by 100 to get units. The calculator does this for you from your dose and concentration.

How many doses are in a vial?

Divide the total peptide (mg) by the dose (in mg). The calculator shows doses-per-vial directly once you enter vial size and dose.
